Becoming A Member of Oxford Isis Speakers Club

To become a member of Oxford Isis Speakers requires two simple steps:

  1. Completion of a Toastmasters Membership Application form
  2. Payment of Club Dues (plus new joiner fee if applicable)

If you haven't already picked up and filled out one of the hardcopy forms available at our club meetings than you can also submit your membership online by following this link :

This form will be printed off by our treasurer and then signed off by both parties for club records.

2. Payment of Club Dues

Club fees are set by the Club Committee (currently £42 for 6 months) and due for payment on a pro-rata basis every six months (Apr-Sep, Oct-Mar). In addition, if this is the first Toastmasters club you have joined, there is a one-off fee of £25 which covers the cost of your Competent Manuals and your life time membership with Toastmasters International. For confirmation of the expected payment amount, please consult with the Club Treasurer.  Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

  1. Electronic Bank Transfer can be made to our club with the following information:
  2. Write a Cheque payable to "Isis Speakers Club" to be given in person to the Club Treasurer
  3. Cash can also be given in person to the Club treasurer.
  4. If you would like to set up a Standing order then please start the standing order from the beginning of the next payment interval which is either at the beginning of April or at the beginning of October to the amount of £42 per six months.  In addition, you will also be required to pay for the remaining amount until the next payment interval, so that's £7 multiplied by the number of months until either April or October.
